Only if these components match optimally, it is possible to achieve outstanding cleaning results and to minimize the burden on man and environment.
The PLUS stands for the recycling system, which is integrated into every NANOVIS machine. It removes the inks from the cleaning agent, so that it can be used for an unlimited time.
Process
Efficient cleaning in a closed system.
The NANOCLEANER operates with a special activation process that specifically supports the cleaning performance of the cleaning agent used. During the process, the cleaning agent is sprayed evenly onto the printing tools to be cleaned via rotating injector nozzles.
The activated cleaning agent acts directly on the ink layer and supports its reliable removal from the cleaning item. This allows pads, clichés, ink cups and other printing tools to be cleaned thoroughly and efficiently.
The entire cleaning process takes place in a closed system. This reduces direct contact with the cleaning agent and enables clean use within the production environment. The NANOCLEANER can be installed directly near the printing machines. This saves walking distances, reduces manual work steps and supports an efficient production workflow.
Cleaning agent
For cleaning, NANOVIS uses cleaning agents developed in-house and tailored to the specific machine and application. During the cleaning process, their effect is specifically supported, allowing printing inks and residues to be removed thoroughly and efficiently.
Thanks to the integrated recycling system, the cleaning agent remains in circulation. Ink residues are continuously separated and removed as a dry ink cake. This keeps the cleaning performance stable over a long period of time. The regular replacement of large quantities of cleaning fluid and the disposal of liquid waste are significantly reduced.
Equipment
The machine is designed to ensure the optimal interaction between the cleaning process, cleaning agent and recycling system. For long-lasting and reliable operation, NANOVIS uses high-quality components and robust materials.

Recycling
During the cleaning process, the cleaning agent is continuously separated from ink residues in the integrated recycling system. An adsorber binds the separated printing ink, which is then removed as a dry, non-flowing ink cake.
The cleaning agent remains in circulation and can be used over a long period of time. Only carry-over losses are topped up as needed. This reduces the consumption of cleaning agent and avoids liquid waste during ongoing operation.
