Maintaining and cleaning key components regularly has a significant impact on the print quality of your HP Indigo press. The BELLA DC-1300 cleaning device recommended by HP Indigo impresses with its easy handling and generous work surface. Ink tanks and application rollers can be effectively and sustainably cleaned manually with a pass-through brush. As the non-conductive, HP-specific Imaging Oil is used for cleaning, there is no risk of damaging the integrated electronics in the ink tanks.
Automatic BID cleaning
Our BELLA DC-1300 offers the option of automatic BID cleaning, which makes the system an indispensable and powerful helper for every HP Indigo operator. Up to four HP Indigo Series 3 and 6 BIDs can be cleaned simultaneously. As soon as the BIDs are connected to the system via couplings, all you have to do is press the start button. The cleaning process is automatic and adjusts the amount of Imaging Oil to the number of BIDs connected (1-4), ensuring consistently high cleaning quality.
Integrated recycling system
A special highlight of the BELLA DC-1300 is the integrated recycling system, which continuously removes color particles from the Imaging Oil. This system consists of a sedimentation tank and multi-stage filtration, which means that the parts to be cleaned are always treated with clean Imaging Oil. This lowers operating costs and reduces the volume of hazardous waste to a minimum.

Service trolley for BIDs and ink tanks
The BELLA trolley is a simple but very well thought-out solution for HP Indigo narrow web printing presses (printing width <= 34 cm, HP Indigo Series 3). With the help of the trolley, the parts to be cleaned can be transported safely and efficiently from the printing machine to the cleaning area. It also saves valuable time when preparing the BIDs and ink tanks for subsequent cleaning.
