NANOCLEANER
In the NANOCLEANER, ink soiled parts of printing machines are automatically cleaned from the printing ink. Especially in packaging, parts and label printing, this system ensures an efficient job changeover. The integrated recycling system ensures a permanently clean cleaning agent.
MANUAL CLEANING SYSTEM
In addition to our automatic cleaning systems NANOCLEANER, we offer the universal manual cleaning system HC-1000, an environmentally friendly cleaning solution for the small budget. A system for recycling the cleaning agent is also integrated in this unit.
BELLA DC-1300
With the manual cleaning device BELLA DC-1300 you can clean the relevant parts of your HP INDIGO printing machine quickly and thoroughly with the help of Imaging Oil. With a width of 1300 mm, the unit offers a generous working area. In addition, the integrated filtering system ensures that the Imaging Oil always remains clean.
ULTRASONIC CLEANING STATION
The ultrasonic cleaning station US-500 is a compact workstation, which can be easily moved thanks to the four rollers. The unit is designed for companies that have few parts to clean per day and are looking for an environmen-tally friendly and cost-effective solution.
NANOCLEANER
The NANOCLEANER is an automatic and environmentally friendly cleaning system in which the cleaning agent is permanently freed from paint residues in a parallel recycling process. Parts/clichés of all known conventional printing processes can be cleaned gently and sustainably. In addition, no special requirements regarding infrastructure and operator protection are necessary.
Especially in the packaging and label printing industry, the process is highly appreciated, as lower operating costs are possible thanks to the recycling of the cleaning agent. In pad printing, parts printing is often carried out in the in-house printing departments of major brands. This is where the effect of sustainable cleaning technology is particularly valuable.
The NANOCLEANER is the environmentally friendly, automatic solution for screen, offset, flexo and pad printing. The unit is available in various sizes.

Manual Cleaning System HC-1000
The manual cleaning system NANOVIS HC-1000 was implemented complementary to our automatic cleaning systems NANOCLEANER as a universally usable and environmental friendly cleaning solution for the lower budget. It allows you to remove UV-curing and solvent based inks fast and easily with the flow-through brush. For particularly stubborn inks it is possible to prepare the parts to be cleaned in the soaking bay.
The detergent, used in the HC-1000, is non-volatile (VOC-free) and completely recyclable. So, due to the integrated recycling system it NEVER needs to be replaced. This saves time, reduces consumable costs as well as disposal costs, and also protects people and the environment.
Due to the low emissions no air extraction is required and the system can be installed in any location without special protective measures. Operation and maintenance of the system are straightforward and thus keep your operating costs low.

The BELLA DC-1300 is a cleaning device with recycling for HP-INDIGO printing machine parts. The maintenance and cleaning of the relevant parts have an important influence on the good print quality of the HP INDIGO printing machine. The manually operated cleaning device convinces with its easy handling and its generous, 1100 mm wide working area.
Ink tanks, application rollers, etc. are cleaned efficiently and sustainably using a continuous brush with the HP-specific Imaging Oil. With the optional available BID cleaning station, up to four BIDs can also be rinsed and cleaned automatically. Another highlight is the integrated filter system, which continuously removes colour particles from the imaging oil. This has the advantage that the contaminated parts are always cleaned with a consistently clean imaging oil. This minimises operating costs and the amount of hazardous waste.
The BELLA DC-1300 therefore offers a reliable and economical solution for digital printers.

ULTRASONIC CLEANING STATION US-500

The ultrasonic cleaning station US-500 is a compact workstation, which can be easily moved thanks to the four rollers. The unit is designed for companies that have few parts to clean per day and are looking for an environmen-tally friendly and cost-effective solution. In addition to ultrasonic cleaning, it is also possible to clean the parts man-ually with the integrated flow brush.
The US-500, together with the cleaning agent developed by NANOVIS, allows you to quickly and easily remove UV-curing and solvent-based inks from all common man-ufacturers from ink trays, ink pots or other printing equip-ment using ultrasound or the integrated flow brush. De-pending on the curing degree of the ink, a cleaning cycle lasts between 15 and 30 minutes.
Due to the low emissions no air evacuation is necessary. The system can therefore be installed in any location without special protective measures. Operation and maintenance of the system are very simple.
