A patented activation process effective on the nanoscale is utilized in the NANOCLEANER. Its task is to stimulate the cleaning substances which are resting in the cleaning agent so they can unfold their potential. By the purposeful supply of electric energy, these substances form highly effective, nano-sized particles. They remain active for few seconds, can penetrate the ink layer and separate it from the goods. The substances will return to their resting as their energy is dissipated.<br \/>\nThe soiled parts are placed on a grid inside the cleaning tank. After starting the cleaning program, the activated cleaning agent is continuously sprayed through the rotating jet arms onto the parts to be cleaned.<br \/>\nThe cleaning takes place in a closed loop under vacuum. This allows proper and efficient cleaning without health hazardous vapors. Therefore the NANOCLEANER can be installed directly in the production area next to the printing presses.
